We stand behind COZORA's value. If you're not completely satisfied within your first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund. Simply email [email protected] with your request.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

  • Full refund available within 30 days of initial subscription
  • Request refunds by emailing [email protected]
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
  • Access continues until refund is processed

AFTER 30 DAYS

  • You can cancel anytime and retain access through your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of billing periods
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

SPRINT CONTENT

  • Sprint registration is free for active subscribers
  • Refund eligibility applies to the underlying subscription, not individual sprints
  • Access to sprint content continues as long as subscription is active

REFUND PROCESS

  2. Include your account email and reason for refund (optional)
  3. We'll process your request within 2 business days
  4. Refund appears in 5-10 business days depending on payment method

EXCEPTIONS

  • Refunds not available for affiliate commissions earned
  • Users who violate terms of service forfeit refund eligibility
