We stand behind COZORA's value. If you're not completely satisfied within your first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund. Simply email [email protected] with your request.
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
- Full refund available within 30 days of initial subscription
- Request refunds by emailing [email protected]
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- Access continues until refund is processed
AFTER 30 DAYS
- You can cancel anytime and retain access through your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of billing periods
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
SPRINT CONTENT
- Sprint registration is free for active subscribers
- Refund eligibility applies to the underlying subscription, not individual sprints
- Access to sprint content continues as long as subscription is active
REFUND PROCESS

- Include your account email and reason for refund (optional)
- We'll process your request within 2 business days
- Refund appears in 5-10 business days depending on payment method
EXCEPTIONS
- Refunds not available for affiliate commissions earned
- Users who violate terms of service forfeit refund eligibility
